Start with your records
Add customers individually or import a CSV. Issue your first invoice, then record a payment against it.
Keep your payment channels
Record payments you receive through your existing cash, bank, or M-Pesa arrangements. Manual recording does not initiate or confirm a payment with a provider.
Onboarding and billing
Subscription payments are reconciled by a platform operator. An active paid plan must be confirmed before the trial ends.
Optional email delivery
Email reminders become available when a verified sender and provider are configured. Customer communication always requires your explicit action.
