Six business templates
Owner, Admin, Finance Manager, Accountant, Collector and Auditor are the six scoped access templates. Your owner can choose roles and adjust access for your business.
Scope and sensitive fields
Organization, branch, team and assigned-customer grants define visible portfolios. Contact fields, internal notes and exports have independent controls. Permissions apply on the server before search, totals, pagination and serialization.
Revocation and suspension
Expired or revoked grants deny access immediately. Suspension blocks organization APIs and requires deliberate work reassignment or unassignment. Restoring legacy access broadens visibility back to membership roles. Business roles only apply to your organization.
